Leadership Development Programme for the Southeast Europe and the EU: 29 August – 12 September 2009, Berlin
Our Research Fellows Natasha Hroneska and Andreja Bogdanovski took active participation at the Leadership Development Programmes for SEE and EU, organized by the Transfuse Association, the College of Europe and the European Fund for the Balkans (EFB). The programme is structured around three complementary activities with the aim of providing participants with a comprehensive understanding of the European Union and its relation to Southeast Europe.

The programme includes training sessions on negotiations, on presentation and project management skills, as well as the development and implementation of joint events in the region in order to enhance the leadership abilities of the participants. The programme consists of: two-week Summer Academy in Germany, joint activities when participants work together in small groups to develop and implement an activity or an event in Southeast Europe, and a final five-day seminar in Belgium in April 2010.
