Prof. Manhcke offered interesting analysis into latest EU tendencies and especially foreign policy aspects of the Lisbon treaty including discussion in new foreign policy posts. Discussion that followed also tackled Western Balkan countries EU integration as well as inescapable Macedonia - Greece name dispute.
