The following issues will be discussed:
- To what extent Macedonia is institutionally set for combating violent extremism and what can be improved?
- What are the local specifics when it comes to the foreign fighters phenomenon in cities across Macedonia. Cases in Kumanovo, Tetovo and Skopje will be discussed.
- How good or bad is regional cooperation on this issue and what is the current state of play in the neighbouring Kosovo and Albania?
- What to do when Foreign Fighters come home?
Working language of the presentation is Macedonian/Albanian/English with simultaneous translation to the three languages.
